建立 Paypal Sandbox 賬戶
首先，到 developer.paypal.com 註冊一個開發者賬戶。
註冊成功後，到 Applications » Sandbox accounts 下點選 Create Account 按鈕建立賬戶，我們需要兩個賬戶：
- 賣家賬戶 （Business）
- 買家賬戶 （Personal）
例如，註冊賣家賬戶，所有資訊都不需要是真的，如果您懶得編，用 Fake Name Generator 生成一個填上即可。
獲取 API 資訊
WooCommerce Subscription 需要 Paypal 訂閱和取消的功能，除了要賣家的郵箱之外，還需要 API 資訊，獲取 API 資訊的方法是：點選賬戶旁邊的箭頭，點選 Profile，切換到彈窗第二個選項卡 （API credentials），把資訊填寫進去即可。
